We have been married for 30 years. We have gained knowledge and experience in building deep, powerful relationships over the last two decades. Since 2010, we have been mentoring engaged couples through sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.

Over 30 years ago, I started my education studying family social science. I was so passionate about it, but somehow found myself in the healthcare field. My true passion lies in making a difference in the world by leading with authenticity and character.
I thoroughly enjoy building relationships and focus on maintaining a positive environment around me. I love trying to make a small difference in other people's lives and I feel drawn to act on that without hesitation, which is why I co-founded O2E with my husband. Will and I have been married for 30 years and have three incredible children.

Will Short

I have been a competitor, teacher and coach for my entire adult life. I now serve as the Activities Director at Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights, MN. I am passionate about helping lead people to realizing their full potential. I love teaching, educating and helping others become the best versions of themselves. Together with my beautiful wife, Jodi, we are on a mission to help people realize the true potential of their relationships and move average, ordinary days to extraordinary ones. I look forward to connecting with you to understand whether we can help you foster a more energizing, healthy and loving relationship through our programs.
