This is the foundation of our program. When you follow the principles outlined in each area of S.P.R.I.N.T., your relationship will move from ordinary to extraordinary. To learn more about S.P.R.I.N.T. explore the acronym below, or attend one of our Live O2E Experiences.

Spiritual Intimacy can develop through activities you do together, however it is a direct reflection of your journey inside as well. The spiritual activities are external, while your spiritual values are internal and part of the core of who you are.

Physical Intimacy is being together and affectionate with your partner, where each individual feels seen, known and connected. Physical Intimacy means so much more than just “heading to your bedroom”, it includes everything from hugging, eye contact, holding hands, cuddling on the couch and sexual intercourse.

Recreational INTIMACY

Recreational intimacy is all about being active together. It’s about finding things you each love to do and doing them together. It involves the two of you intentionally making time for one another. The experiences you share create memories and memories last a lifetime.

Recreational intimacy is about dating your spouse/partner and ,the importance of making time for date night. It does not have to be fancy and it does not have to be a huge financial investment. It’s about being intentional, being creative and being spontaneous. It’s about investing in one another.

Communicating in your relationship is about connecting to that individual. It is about speaking a language that both of you understand. It can be verbal, it can be written and it can be physical. If you are saying something, make sure you are conveying what you are trying to say, don’t expect your partner to guess how you feel.

Well-Being is an active state of health in which we move toward balancing our physical, social and emotional health. Fall in love with caring for yourself first…in your mind, in your body and in your spirit.

TEAM- your partner is your ultimate teammate in the game of life. You must have their back!

Time: Quantity time versus Quality time

Education: Knowledge is POWER

Attitude: Attitude is everything. Choose to be grateful. Choose to be optimistic. Choose to focus on what can be accomplished.

Money: Marriage is a partnership (you are a TEAM). Work together when it comes to your finances.
